Each time you light your candle, take a moment to consider your expectations, once your thoughts are aligned, sit with your candle, hold it in your hands and give gratitude for all that it will bring, repeat each time you light your candle.
Once lit allow your candle to burn for three to four hours on the first burn and then one to three hours for subsequent burns, giving gratitude each time you extinguish the flame.
